Because We All Love Fairies When We are Young

Last year, I offered a Limited Edition Enchanted Session where little girls played in the forest and got to experience the magic of fairies. Because we all love fairies when we are young! It was a great success and all of the girls that took part absolutely loved it.

These two young ladies were out of town that day so they couldn’t be part of it. Well, this summer they are 8 years old and completely fascinated with fairies. So Mom contact me to see if we could create a special fairy session just for them.

Both of the girls were so brave as we hiked through the forest. Especially when I asked them to climb out on this log that had fallen over a creek bed. It was kind of perilous, but they were good sports and as you can see the image created was completely worth it.

It was so peaceful where we were that I though our fairy should take a nap. Luckily, this little siren didn’t fall in as she dreamed.

How many of us have daydreamed of being visited by a fairy, especially when walking through the woods. Now their imagination can take that daydream and create a memory out of it.

While being a fairy is wonderful, actually catching a fairy is every little child’s dream. Years from now when she looks at this photo, her love for fairies will turn this pretend session into a real memory.

She looks as though she could just lift off with all of that pixie dust swirling around her.

And who wouldn’t want a playdate in the river with a bunch of fairies? Heck, that even sound great to me!  Such a great time in their childhood to have a creative and imaginative photo session that they will enjoy showing even their own kids one day.
