Baby Cowboy in Training
This little buckaroo just turned 9-months-old, and his one-tooth smile will just melt your heart. Dad is a farrier, otherwise known as a horseshoer, and Mom loves to show horses. So to say this little boy is a baby cowboy in training is an understatement.
The family really wanted to capture what their little boy was doing at this precious age. Still so sweet and full of smiles, he was so happy to just be held or sit and explore what was in reach of him. And he was completely enamored of his parents.
Mr. Carrot-top with his single-tooth grin was still a little drowsy when we started our playtime together. But being handed a fist-full of daisies that he could pull apart kept him completely content. We added the apple box behind him to give a reference of just how small their little tot is still.
He doesn’t know it yet, but this little boy has his Daddy wrapped around his finger.
Blessed with gorgeous eyelashes, I had to make sure his Momma had a photograph really focusing on this amazing feature. You can even tell that his lashes are red like his hair.
I don’t know what it is about getting a baby down to his skivvies, but it always brings out their biggest smiles. Balancing on Momma’s lap and giggling at Daddy in the background, this is one loved little boy.
All we needed were bubbles! So happy to enjoy some tubbie time outside, this little cowboy had kicked off his cowboy boots and was ready to wash off all the dirt and grime of the trail.
Making sure to get a photograph of this kind family in front of the home their little roughrider would grow up in, they are the picture-perfect family. And their future, little buckaroo is going to have the happiest of childhoods on the family’s cozy horse farm.
