Newborn Photos for the Epic Girly Girl

I have a great time with any photo session, creating sets that capture my clients’ personalities and visions. But it’s especially fun when a family has an idea in mind and they want to go all-in, and that was the case for this beautiful new family. They wanted truly girly girl newborn photos.

Mom and Dad couldn’t wait to meet their precious baby girl, Zuri. When she arrived and it was time for their newborn portraits, Mom wanted her daughter’s first photos to be as girly as we could make them. Pink color palettes, lace, flowers, sparkle, glam – if it’s girly, we made it part of Zuri’s gallery.

After all the girly glam, I’m as thrilled with Zuri’s finished portraits as Mom and Dad were. The complete gallery is delightfully coordinated because we used such a unified them, and all the pinks, purples, and girly visual elements complement Zuri’s sweet and delicate nature so well.

Shades Of Pink

In keeping with the pink and girly theme, Mom and Dad wore shades of pink for their family portraits, and they turned out beautifully. Zuri looks so at home in their arms, and it was incredibly touching to see how much both Mom and Dad treasure their little girl.

As much as I loved creating these beautiful portraits for a wonderful new family, I loved spending time with this family just as much. Mom and Dad were absolutely lovely, and I can tell that these kind parents will give their daughter a truly blessed and joyful childhood. Throughout our session, Zuri was a dream to photograph as well. She slept so peacefully and let us pose her throughout the session like a natural model.
