Emilia & Johanna ~ From Newborn to One Year

Oh, how happy I was to see this family again! I just loved seeing how big welcome Emilia and Johanna had gotten over the past year. These two stole my heart when their parents brought them in for their newborn session a year ago. They just celebrated their first birthday and came back to capture just how much they have grown since, and boy have they gotten so big so fast! The photos in the chairs with the dolls show how big they’ve actually gotten over the past twelve months. The dolls were created to be the exact size of each girl when they were born. These dolls are such a special keepsake and were a great way to document the girls’ growth. 

We had a lot of fun during this session. Emilia and Johanna were super silly and full of smiles. They did a great job and didn’t mind having the camera around. Dad and Mom both enjoyed the session too, especially since everyone was happy and cooperative. We took some super cute family photos, and also some of the girls alone. They had on the cutest pink and blue matching dresses. It was simply adorable. Mom likes the studio so she can keep the girls’ photographs consistent over the years.
