Jessica ~ Sunrise Maternity Session
Jessica and her husband Emilio were so looking forward to this maternity session. This is their first child, and they are having a baby boy. Jessica had so much fun picking out the dresses. With the location picked out, wardrobe selected, and the date picked out, we just waited for the day to come. We decided to do it in the early morning since Dad had obligations during the afternoon. That morning just so happened to be crazy cold. It was just a mere 38 degrees outside! But Mom braved the cold weather for these gorgeous sun-filled photographs.
We originally wanted to do the session at a local tobacco barn, but they already had an event scheduled, so we had to move to option B. We settled on these ruins, and we were SO happy that we ended up there because we got amazing results! The light coming through the old doorway provided such a lovely natural spotlight on the happy couple. Jessica’s rust-colored dress was absolutely stunning! It picked up all the red hues in the changing leaves so beautifully. I just can’t get over how magnificent she looks with the sun shining behind her and her dress blowing in the wind!
Capturing the Beauty of Pregnancy
We moved to the field near the ruins after Jessica’s wardrobe change. This time she wore a gorgeous light blue dress with a slight train. I love how the color pays tribute to the sweet little boy that she and Emilio are anxiously awaiting. The early morning sun on the tall grass in the background is incredible. I am so glad we stuck it out in the cold to capture this gorgeous sunlight.
Jessica is such a captivating mom-to-be! Her hair in beautiful soft curls, a lovely smile, stunning dresses, and statement necklace created the perfect ensemble for breathtaking maternity photographs. I hope these bring you joy for many years to come! Congratulations, Jessica and Emilio!
