From Family Maternity Portraits to a 2-Year-Old and Newborn ~ Noah

This beautiful couple started their family with their little girl Juliana two years ago. At the time, they opted not to do maternity portraits, but when knew little Noah was on the way, they decided to capture the magic of pregnancy this time around.

While Mom wanted a few of the classic maternity portraits, she wanted to showcase the fact that this is a journey for the entire family, so she wanted to make it more of a family photo session. We opted for an outdoor session at a local walking trail that was incredibly lush with greenery, and especially in combination with Mom’s boho maternity dress, it provided a stunning backdrop.

Throughout the maternity session, little Juliana was having a great time and doing her own thing! She had so much fun playing with the bouquet of hydrangeas and it was a joy to photograph her just loving life and being herself.

New Baby Brother Photography Session

When it came time for Noah’s newborn photos, I couldn’t wait to reconnect with this amazing family. I love featuring siblings with their new baby sister or new baby brother in a photography session in my CT studio, and beautiful Juliana was no disappointment!

Mom and Noah arrived early so we could get all their photos in before Dad and Juliana arrived for the family portraits. Noah is such a precious little guy and the palette of soft blues fit his gentle nature so well. When Dad and Juliana arrived, I was so touched to see this sweet family all together. Juliana did a fantastic job of posing with her family and her new baby brother – even if it took a bit of patience and a smidge of bribery to make it happen!
