Raven ~ Lavender & Blush Newborn Pictures

I was so excited to get to see this sweet family again! I have been photographing this family for years and was absolutely delighted that we could do little Raven’s session right after I opened back up from quarantine. She is baby girl #2 but baby #3 for this family, so Mom wanted to make sure we did the same session for her that we did for Big Sister Eva, but with the color lavender which is in her room. Big Sister’s session was all pink, so the girls (and maybe the parents years down the line) will always know whose pictures are whose!

We started off Raven’s session with the whole family. Everyone was excited to be there, so we took advantage of those big smiles! Big Sister Eva and Big Brother Zane loved getting to take pictures with Raven and were so sweet giving her kisses on her head. Mom and Dad jumped in to get a full family photo, and then the Big Littles were off to play with their grandparents while we shot the rest of the session.

Fantastic Florals

What better way to start a lavender newborn session than with Raven swaddled laying in a crate with lavender blooms? It turned out SO cute! Her floral headband was the perfect accessory too! We got another really precious shot of her laying on a white fluffy bed surrounded by more florals and holding on to the tiniest little stuffed bunny. It was just dreamy! Hands down though, my favorite is her all swaddled up wearing a little rhinestone crown headband. She has the sweetest little smile on her face! She was just such a lovely baby to photograph. 

Mom and Dad were doing great with all the chaos that a third baby can bring. Eva and Zane were so excited to be able to hold their baby sister. Seeing how much they looked after their new baby sister, I know they will be such a help to their parents. They are such a beautiful family! I can’t wait for my next opportunity to photograph them again!
