Avinoor ~ Turning One with Cake-Smashing Fun

Baby Avinoor is one lucky baby! Born to such a close family, she’s a precious gift that her parents and extended family members love to dote on. So of course, her first birthday had to be an extra special event, and I was honored to help them commemorate this happy occasion!

Avinoor’s mom was so excited for her daughter’s one-year photos, and it was a family affair. Little Avinoor’s proud grandmother came to the session too, and so did her aunt and uncle, along with Mom and Dad, of course. I love that we were able to capture the family’s love with a sweet portrait of them all.

At this time in her life, Avinoor is hard at work learning how to stand and walk, and her photo session didn’t slow her down a bit. She was such a joy to pose, and we were able to capture great photos with several different outfits and backgrounds. I can confidently say that tutus are the perfect look for this sweet little girl! She has such a richly expressive face, and I love that we could get some of her gorgeous grins in her pictures.

After a few sweet portraits, we moved on to every one-year-old’s favorite part of the session: the cake smash. Avinoor could not have looked any more adorable in her lace and tutu outfit, and the cuteness only grew when she got her hands into that cake!

My day with little Avinoor and her family was a wonderful reminder that a baby’s first birthday is such a precious occasion for the family. As a newborn photographer and family photographer, I’m honored to be able to help them memorialize the event with truly personalized family photos.
