In Studio Maternity Session

Wow! This expecting mother truly looked like a beautiful queen! LaTasha wanted to have some elegant photographs of this pregnancy created while expecting her second child, a baby girl. Her first baby boy Zyere was born at 28 weeks and needed to spend some time in the hospital before he was ready to go home. As mothers, we know how things often don’t go quite as planned with little ones, and she didn’t get to have maternity photographs or newborn photographs taken with him. So, it made sense that this time, she wanted both of her babies in the photos.

When expecting mothers come into my studio, I want them to feel radiant and confident. I have several maternity dresses to choose from in the studio, or they can bring their own. Some moms even opt for casual jeans and t-shirts! Whether you opt for traditional images or want to go bolder and show off those lovely curves, I’m here to capture the beauty of pregnancy for you. I want you to have photos that you feel proud of – after all, you are strong enough to grow a little human and bring that sweet bundle of joy into the world! That’s certainly a feat worth documenting.

LaTasha chose two dresses for her session: an elegant lilac lace gown and a bright coral dress that looked amazing with her beautiful complexion. I was impressed by how calm and collected she seemed. If she was feeling any tiredness or pressure this far along in her pregnancy, you would never know it! She looked amazing. And the photo with Zyere was so sweet. I’m not sure if he fully understands what will be coming in just a few weeks (he’s not quite two), but he’ll find out soon enough! I can’t wait to see how he takes on his new role as big brother.

**Update! Baby sister Zarye was born happy and healthy just a few weeks ago! I can’t wait to meet her.
