Love and Football: Newborn Photos for Treasured Baby Boy

Baby Elliott is so deeply loved by his parents, and I knew how treasured he would be before he was even born. I first met his lucky parents when I did Mom’s maternity photos. Mom and Dad were both beyond excited to become a family of three. Their joy was contagious and before I knew it, I was excited to meet their little one too!

When it was time for Elliott’s newborn photos, I couldn’t wait to reconnect with this new family. I follow them on Instagram, so I knew what a content little boy Elliott already was. For his newborn photo session, he gave us an opportunity to capture his sleepy side, so we ended up with a wonderful gallery of precious photos.

Elliott’s newborn photos featured all the classics, of course – we have touching portraits of him with his proud parents, along with cozy photos with him surrounded by teddy bears. We made sure to include plenty of photos that have special meaning for the family too, though.

Dad is a big football fan and he’s already raising Elliott to be his tailgate party buddy, so I love the picture of Elliott in his team gear. Baby Elliott also made his debut into the world near Valentine’s Day, so we have a precious portrait of him surrounded by all the hallmarks of the holiday.

Throughout the entire session, it was a pleasure to watch Mom and Dad dote over little Elliott, who slept through nearly the entire session and was a dream to photograph. I can’t wait to watch them grow and get to know each other as a family!
