Quinn ~ Newborn and Family Photos | Glastonbury, CT
I have parents ask me all the time, “What happens if the baby won’t settle during our Newborn and Family Photo Session?” And the answer is always the same. . . “Don’t worry, I promise you we will create beautiful images of your baby and family. Even if your little one isn’t completely serene.” Well, Miss Quinn here, made me prove myself during her session because she was definitely the one in control!
This photograph is the only image from her entire session that I took of her on my beanbag. Normally I do more than half of the baby’s images on the bag, but Quinn wanted to be held and loved on the entire time.
But between Momma, Daddy and myself, we were able to get her sleepy and content enough to create beautiful images of her.
Her happiest moments were when she was being held by her parents.
We even got some great awake images of Quinn when she had a full tummy and clean bottom.
Quinn loved to sleep on her Daddy’s chest and was completely content the entire time she was in his arms.
Mom and Dad have a contemporary cabin style going in their home, so placing their sweet little girl in this nest seemed to fit them perfectly.
Mom loved cuddling with her new baby daughter. Snuggled up and safe, Quinn was as happy as can be.
Parents just love the close-up photos of newborn’s faces that show their eyelashes and features so well.
Mom loved this big floral headband, so placing her in a bed of roses seemed so perfect.
Who knew an apple crate made such a perfect baby bed! She looks like a little princess surrounded by flowers.
So happy now that they are a family of three. “Let her sleep, for when she wakes, she will move mountains!” God created little Quinn with that quote in mind. No doubt he has amazing plans for her life.
