Gabriela ~ Santa’s Milk & Cookies Baby Milestone Session

I first met this family when Mom brought Gabriela to me to photograph her mermaid-themed newborn photos! We had so much fun at that session, and this time did not disappoint either. Mom is so fun to hang out with, and I just love how adorable her daughter is, especially in front of the camera. It was so cool seeing how much little Gabriela has grown since the last time I saw her!

Gabriela was full of smiles for almost her entire session. We started off with the family portrait part of the session. Mom and Dad wore a simple yet classic white, black, and gray palette with Gabriela in a cute white and black polka dot onesie with the cutest black bow accents. It was precious! Dad isn’t a huge fan of photographs, but I think he appreciates how fast I am when it is his turn. 

For the next part, Gabriela changed into a red and white striped Christmas outfit with the most adorable nightcap! It was just perfect for the Santa milk and cookies themed set! Gabriela kept her smiles through the outfit change and even trying my fake cookies! Next, we reprised her mermaid theme, and then we took some photos of her on a super plush fur rug against an elegant blue floral backdrop. I just can’t get over how big and bright her blue eyes were staring up into the camera.

Mom just loved everything from the session and was so pleased with how the themes and pictures turned out. She can’t wait to add to her photograph collection for Gabriela when we do her one year old session. But as excited as she is, she isn’t in a hurry for her little girl to grow up just yet. She is cherishing every minute of it.
