Sometimes you meet people so pure, that you know you could trust them with just about anything even though you only just met. This family was definitely those types of people. The feeling they brought to the session was one filled with love and kindness. Mom came to me months and months ago in hopes of capturing Danny when he was much smaller. However, this year has really been a doozy for all of us. Their session got pushed back until Danny was a year old, but that didn’t hinder the outcome of the photos. We took advantage of the beautiful summer weather and had the entire family come and join his milestone session. 

One-Year Family Photographs

Both Grandmas, his aunt and his cousin came to take photographs with Danny. It was obvious that he is loved beyond words by his family. He was a bit cranky on and off, but these were the most gentle people I have ever met. They all sang soothingly and talked sweetly to him when he would fuss and he would just settle right down. Heck, they could have put me to sleep with how soothing they were. 

We captured some precious photos of the family and Danny. We got several with mom and dad, with each of the family members, and even some with the whole family together. Mom and Dad loved the photographs so much they ordered a gorgeous album of this session so they can always look back at how little Danny was. Having this album is going to be sweeter the older Danny gets. It will be fun for all of them to look back on these sweet one-year moments. I am so happy I got to work with Danny and his loved ones, and I hope to see them in the future!
