Zackary ~ Simple Newborn Photos

Zackary is the answer to a prayer that was a long time coming, and his name means “God remembers”. His parents wanted simple newborn photos to celebrate his arrival and create an heirloom album that would remind them of this special time in their lives as a family.

Zackary was a big baby at 8 lbs, 4 oz, but still small enough to roll up into this beautiful newborn pose.

Born in the fall, Zackary fit nicely in this maple sugaring bucket surrounded by beautiful autumn foliage.

It always makes my heart swell when I capture a happy dream and a smile from a sweet newborn baby.

Zackary’s aunt made him these adorable booties and hat, so mom wanted to make sure we got a photo of him wearing them. Tucked in and sleeping among the flower petals, he couldn’t have been more content.

Looking like a little man here, Zackary slept peacefully in the potato sack pose with his hands folded nicely on one another.

Curled up just like he was in the womb, Zackary slept like a dream in this driftwood bowl surrounded by the softest, fluffiest bedding.
