When people first begin dreaming about becoming a parent, most of our daydreams are the same. Playing and laughing with our family and it being full of joy and so much love that your heart is overflowing. And for most of us, the reality of parenting makes you realize just how delusional those daydreams were. But I can honestly say, that is not the case for this young family. Their love for each other was so obvious and strong, you could almost feel it yourself.
Mom just adores this little boy of hers. And Bradley was such a good natured baby that you wanted to cuddle his cheeks and tickle his toes.
Full of smiles and complete wonder, Bradley was thrilled to show off his skills of rolling over and pushing up.
Like father, like son. These two look so much alike. And Daddy was so eager to play ball with his son and then just enjoy a moment soaking him in.
When it is your first fall, you just have to sample those crunchy things in the garden. Luckily, we had moved away from the area that the geese frequent.
Every baby has a serious side, and we can forget to enjoy it when we are constantly looking for smiles. But these quite moments of study and calm give us a glimpse into who our little one will become as they get older.
Just enjoying time together as a family. That’s what these three spend most of their free time doing. They couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t have it any other way.
This session was one that I honestly squeezed in since one of my scheduled newborns came several weeks early. And I’m so glad I did. This family was absolutely lovely to work with and most importantly, they now have fantastic pictures of them all together enjoying Bradley’s baby time. Pretty soon, he’ll be off running but they will always have these images to revisit the time in their family when it was new and simple.
